At Pluralsight, we see first-hand every day how technology makes the impossible, possible. Technology skills give people power over their lives and careers. It’s why we founded our social enterprise Pluralsight One — to advance our mission of democratizing technology skills and create significant, lasting social impact.

Today, I’m excited to share with you our first-ever Pluralsight One Impact Book, which outlines our growth, progress and evolution. While this book is not entirely comprehensive, it will give you insight into major highlights and milestones from 2018.

Decades ago, when President John F. Kennedy detailed his vision to land on the moon, and that dream became reality only eight years later — the term “moonshot” was born to describe a huge problem, breakthrough technology and a radical solution. Democratizing technology skills is our moonshot, and Pluralsight One is on a mission to realize that dream.

Together, we have an incredible opportunity to unlock skills that create agency. We can promote lifelong learning, turn consumers into creators and help communities solve their toughest challenges.

And we can’t do it without you.

We believe in transparency and accountability, so we can reflect on our work, refine our solutions and accelerate outcomes. And, I’m extremely proud of what Pluralsight One has accomplished over the past year.

Thank you for supporting our mission and enabling the growth of Pluralsight One. We are at a tipping point in history — with technology poised to spark a movement towards prosperity or extreme inequity and vulnerability. We can tip the odds in the right direction.

Together, we are one.
