As we round the corner into the final quarter of 2020, my thoughts turn to the future. Although 2020 has presented new challenges for all of us, there is still much to be optimistic about looking toward a future that will be shaped by technology.

Pluralsight at its core was founded on the promise that technology can and will deliver a better future for all of us. Every day we push to fulfill our mission of democratizing technology skills while helping customers around the globe have the tools they need to deliver better products and services faster. Today, I’d like to share three key announcements about the future of Pluralsight that will help us accomplish that mission and help enterprises build world-class technology teams.

To begin, I’d like to announce the latest major milestone in Pluralsight’s journey. This morning, we announced that we are acquiring DevelopIntelligence. DevelopIntelligence is a leader in strategic skills consulting and virtual instructor-led training (VILT). With this acquisition, Pluralsight becomes your all-in-one solution for offering customizable and scalable digital skill solutions you need to accelerate learning outcomes. We’re meeting you where you are, providing you with skill development programs that have the content your teams uniquely need, in the delivery formats that best suit your objectives.

Additionally, we are announcing significant updates to both Pluralsight Skills and Flow that will better help our customers build the teams and products they need to win in a competitive and challenging business environment.

For Pluralsight Skills, we have introduced two major updates that help Pluralsight deliver the fastest possible path to skills development. First, I am proud to announce Cloud Labs, an immersive, hands-on interactive learning experience that enables learners to follow step-by-step instructions in a provisioned cloud environment. Pluralsight has developed hundreds of labs to help learners develop critical skills for the major providers, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

In addition, we are proud to introduce Priorities — a new capability that deeply aligns enterprise skills development programs with specific business objectives. Priorities enables technology leaders to specify which skills are needed to achieve technology priorities, and then organize content and Skill IQ assessments into skill development plans that will help accelerate their team’s ability to deliver on business-critical projects. This tool will enable technology leaders to close skills gaps at an accelerated pace and deliver on business-critical projects. You can read more about the new innovations to Pluralsight Skills here.

For Pluralsight Flow, we introduced a new first-of-its-kind Delivery Module tool to expand visibility into engineering workflows, allowing engineers and leaders to better see the constraints facing their teams and identify fixes. With Delivery Module, Pluralsight Flow is fully integrated with Jira, providing ticket-based analytics configurable to each team’s workflow. Delivery Module also offers retrospective and ticket log reporting, allowing teams to understand how they’re progressing against goals and identify opportunities to optimize workflow and speed time to delivery. You can read more about the new innovations to Pluralsight Flow here.

Over the next few days at Pluralsight LIVE, we will showcase the amazing work that the Pluralsight team has done and the significant impact of that work on our customers. Despite the fact that we are not able to meet in person as in years past, we have an amazing and impactful program planned to help customers, partners, and team members understand the significant work we are doing.

We are proud of the work we are doing to help our customers deliver and will continue to push forward to create with possibility a better tomorrow for each of us. I look forward to an outstanding Pluralsight LIVE and sharing our vision of the future with each of you.
